Pilot Terms
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms govern authorized use of the Gardner pilot provided by Allogy LLC (“Allogy”) at gardner.club. By using Gardner, you agree to these terms for your own use. You may commit an office only if you have authority to do so. A separate written agreement between Allogy and your office controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Participation and accounts
Gardner is available to invited staff and other users authorized by a participating office. Use your own account, protect your credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Office administrators manage invitations, roles, integrations, and access. They should remove access when someone leaves or no longer needs it.
Pilot scope, any fees, duration, and additional service commitments must be agreed separately with the office. These terms do not enroll anyone in a paid subscription.
Office information and permitted use
You and your office retain your rights in information you supply. You authorize Allogy and the service providers described in the privacy policy to process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and administer Gardner and carry out authorized instructions. This permission does not give Allogy ownership of office content or permission to sell it, use it for targeted advertising, or train general-purpose AI models with it.
Submit only information your office is authorized to process in this pilot. Obtain the permissions and notices needed for personal information, correspondence, calendar feeds, photographs, and meeting recording or transcription. Do not upload classified information or information requiring a security or contractual arrangement that has not been agreed with Allogy for this deployment.
Do not access another office’s records without authorization, bypass access or usage controls, share credentials, introduce malicious content, unlawfully disclose personal information, or use Gardner in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Integrations, sources, and review
Your office chooses which supported integrations to enable and is responsible for its authority to connect them. Third-party services have their own terms, permissions, availability, and retention rules. Removing a connection or deleting data in Gardner does not necessarily remove records held by the source provider.
News, legislative feeds, transcripts, summaries, and other imported information can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Verify consequential information against the original source and follow your office’s review and approval procedures before relying on or distributing it. Gardner is not an official House record, a records-retention system, or a substitute for professional judgment.
Gardner’s generative AI features are currently disabled. Zoom may separately produce AI Companion content under your office’s Zoom settings. Enabling Gardner AI requires the notice and office authorization described in the privacy policy.
Availability and support
This is a pilot service. Features may change, and interruptions, maintenance, provider limits, or safeguards may affect access. No uptime or uninterrupted-service commitment applies unless agreed in writing. Keep required official records in your office’s approved systems and plan for access to essential work during an interruption.
Contact support@allogy.com for help or visit Support. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension, departure, and deletion
Your office can request removal of a user or end its participation by contacting support. Allogy may suspend access to address a security incident, misuse, an office instruction, or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and coordinate next steps with the office.
Removing a user retains shared office work while removing the user’s private account records. Ending office participation first suspends access and intake; permanent deletion requires a verified, authorized request and review of applicable retention requirements. Ask about any needed export before deletion. The privacy policy explains the deletion process, the 30-day target, and limits involving retained office text, backups, minimal deletion records, and provider copies.
Changes and questions
We will date revisions and notify participating offices of material changes before they take effect. Changes do not override an existing written office agreement or reduce previously made privacy commitments. Questions about these terms or the pilot’s data-handling arrangements can be sent to support@allogy.com.
