Allogy supports the Gardner pilot for participating offices.

Contact us

Email support@allogy.com. We aim to respond within one business day. This is a response target, not a guarantee that an issue will be resolved in that time.

Include your office, the feature involved, and what happened. For a suspected security incident or unexpected access, say so in the subject. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private calendar addresses, or sensitive constituent records by email.

Connecting and using Zoom

An office administrator can use Connect Zoom on the Team screen, approve Zoom’s consent screen, and return to Gardner. Some pilot accounts are explicitly linked by an Allogy operator; contact support to confirm or change that arrangement.

Gardner can receive cloud-recording transcripts and available AI Companion transcripts or summaries. Availability depends on your Zoom account, permissions, meeting settings, and when Zoom finishes processing. A meeting does not always need a cloud recording to have an AI Companion transcript. Unavailable or restricted transcripts may require action by the Zoom account administrator.

Disconnecting Zoom

An office administrator can remove an OAuth connection on the Team screen. Gardner deletes its stored credentials and attempts to revoke the grant with Zoom. Verify or remove the app in your Zoom account’s installed-app settings as well. Contact support to remove an operator-configured pilot binding. Previously stored meeting records remain until separately deleted.

Account changes and privacy requests

Contact support to request account removal, office suspension, correction, access, export, or permanent deletion. We verify identity and authority and coordinate requests affecting office records with an authorized office representative. Shared office work can remain after a staff account is removed. Office suspension stops access and intake; permanent deletion is a separate approved step.

The privacy policy explains the information we handle, the 30-day deletion target, and the treatment of backups, browser copies, and source-provider records. See the pilot terms for participation responsibilities.
